Speaker A:Your unique purpose is the core of who you are, how God designed you, the unique gifts, God given talent you were born with and bestowed upon at your baptism and confirmation to empower you to live your unique purpose that God created you for in this specific time.

Speaker A:Hello, I'm Michelle, a Catholic discernment mentor and spiritual coach who went from lost and questioning my purpose to confident in my unique calling using a Catholic based strategy that places God and the Catholic faith at the center.
Speaker A:Are you ready to dive in, grab your pen and notebook and get comfy, Open your heart and mind and invite God in as we get ready to become who God created you to be.
Speaker A:Let's do this.
Speaker A:You feel that you're meant for more.
Speaker A:You're a wife and a mother, but you also feel that God is calling you for something greater.
Speaker A:Or you feel that you're supposed to be doing more, but you don't know what.
Speaker A:I understand how you feel.
Speaker A:I felt the same way.
Speaker A:I was laying on my couch in our family room pregnant with morning sickness and starting to question my own unique purpose.
Speaker A:I started looking for confirmation that I had a purpose that God created me for.
Speaker A:I wanted to know what the Catholic Church teaching said about our unique purpose.
Speaker A:Because I did not want to be led astray from the Internet.
Speaker A:I turned to God and spent time in prayer in Scripture with God.
Speaker A:In my time with Him, I opened my heart to him and told him what was weighing on my heart.
Speaker A:I spent time listening and reading to the daily Mass Gospel readings.
Speaker A:I listened and reflected on Fr.
Speaker A:Mike Schmidt's homilies and Jeff Cavin's reflections on his daily Mass readings of the Gospel.
Speaker A:Then one day listening to Father Mike Schmidt's clip from one of his homilies was the answer to my prayers.
Speaker A:God spoke to me through Him.
Speaker A:He told me that I had a purpose and the tears started coming down my face.
Speaker A:I knew I had a specific purpose that God created me for.
Speaker A:I want you to know that you have a unique and specific purpose.
Speaker A:This feeling that you have a larger calling than what you're currently doing.
Speaker A:This feeling that you have and you just cannot shake it because you were created on a purpose by God for God.
Speaker A:Ephesians 2:10 says, for we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works which God prepared beforehand that we should walk in them.
Speaker A:You are uniquely designed by God as you are being formed in your mother's womb to help you with your unique purpose sent by Christ.
Speaker A: reminded of this in Jeremiah: Speaker A:It is at your baptism and confirmation that you are given grace and gifts to help you with your unique purpose.
Speaker A:These unique gifts, along with the incredible natural God given talent that God designed you with in your mother's womb, help you with your mission as you are being sent out by Jesus and guided by the Holy Spirit.
Speaker A:God's unique purpose for you is to glorify him and his kingdom.
Speaker A:It is helping and serving others that will transform and bear fruit in your life and in others and which Jesus is calling you specifically to carry out that only you can accomplish.
Speaker A:Because you are uniquely designed by God for His unique purpose for you.
Speaker A:Your unique purpose is the core of who you are, how God designed you, the unique gifts, God given talent you were born with and bestowed upon at your baptism and confirmation to empower you to live your unique purpose that God created you for in this specific time you have been given a unique contribution that helps you to serve your unique purpose that God created you to be.
Speaker A:It's working with Jesus as He sends you out on your mission with the help of the Holy Spirit to guide you along your path and what you were created for.
Speaker A:Father Mike Schmidt reflects on our purpose that I simply cannot place into words as beautiful and motivational as his words.
Speaker A:You have been called and consecrated for a purpose and now because of that, because you have been made and set apart for purpose, we have one of two choices.
Speaker A:We can either choose to live on purpose or we can choose to live off purpose.
Speaker A:We can either direct or or we can simply drift.
Speaker A:I for one want to live on purpose and I believe you want to live on purpose as well.
Speaker A:You are searching for this feeling of your purpose.
Speaker A:You know you're meant for more and you feel that you're called for more.
Speaker A:Now is the time to see your God given talent and gifts, to clearly embrace them and fully step into your potential and become who God created you to be.
Speaker A:I encourage you to take time to reflect upon if you're ready to live on purpose or simply continue to drift.

Speaker A:Lord, I pray that you bless this beautiful soul that she feels she is meant for more in searching for her purpose and what you created her to do on earth that glorifies you and your kingdom.
Speaker A:As she begins discerning her unique purpose, I pray that you send your Son and the Holy Spirit to guide her.
Speaker A:I ask that you to be present in her mindset and meet her where she is.
Speaker A:Help her to be open to you and your unique purpose you created her for.
Speaker A:Be open to what you want her to see and hear.
Speaker A:I ask you Father, in the name of Jesus.
Speaker A:Amen.
Speaker A:Knowledge is powerful.
Speaker A:Power is also taking action.
Speaker A:We cannot discern our unique purpose without meeting God halfways and taking daily action.
Speaker A:I invite you to pray to God in a quiet place and time without distractions.
Speaker A:Have a genuine and honest conversation with God from the heart just like our Blessed Mother Mary.
Speaker A:Tell him you are willingly accepting his plans and unique purpose that he has for you.
Speaker A:Let it be done to you according to your will.
Speaker A:Heavenly Father, God is a gentleman and he will not force Himself in.
Speaker A:Spend time with him and let him know that he is welcome with you and you are ready to seek and live out your unique purpose that you and only you were created for.
